Thanks for using our service portal to request a scan. You will need to register as a user with a password and email address. Once you have registered, you can create your clinic identity. Next, you create your patient. Then you proceed to create your service request that details the day and date for your scan, the type of scans, reason for the scans, and the other additional services you want. You will be taken to our secure payment page, where you complete your payment to secure your scan request. We will receive your scan request and send you a confirmation email with additional information about the upcoming visit.
